Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

At A’diri Aesthetics & Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policy: 

1. Cancellation Notice: 

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $100. 

2. No-Show Policy: 

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit for future bookings. 

3. Rescheduling: 

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. 
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $100 

4. Late Arrivals: 

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 
  • Late arrivals may also result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate our schedule. 

5. Emergency Situations: 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund Policy 

1. Service Refunds: 

  • Refunds for services are not provided. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Aesthetic outcomes can vary significantly among individuals, and although we strive to attain the preferred results, they cannot be assured. Additional treatments may be required by clients to reach their desired aesthetic goals. 
  • We may offer a complimentary touch-up or an alternative treatment to address your concerns if necessary 

2. Prepaid Packages and Memberships: 

  • Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another individual or exchanged for other services of equal value. 
  • In the event of a medical condition that precludes you from completing your package, please provide a doctor’s note, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. 

4. Gift Cards: 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Gift cards may be used towards any service or product offered at A’diri Aesthetics & Wellness 

5. Promotional Offers: 

  • Services or products purchased as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable and must be used within the promotional period. 
  • No refunds will be issued for promotional services not redeemed within the specified time frame.  

7. Exceptional Circumstances: 

  • In rare cases, such as severe allergic reactions or other medical concerns, refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of management. Medical documentation may be required.
